Paul Connolly is a very experienced physical rehabilitation expert, massage therapist and personal trainer. He is also a motivational speaker, regular contributor on TV/radio sharing his experiences and supporter of various charities.
Paul is a bestselling author with 3 titles to his name. His first autobiography “Against All Odds” reached number one on the Amazon Kindle store and continues to be a major bestseller along with his other titles “Beating The Odds” and “Not Normal”/”Big Boys Don’t Cry”.
His early life story was adapted for the movie “Big Boys Don’t Cry” which was in the Top 3 most viewed movies on Netflix UK and available on most streaming platforms including Disney+, Netflix, Amazon, Apple (and even DVD) worldwide.

As well as his many TV and radio appearances Paul has spoken in environments as diverse as the House Of Lords, leading companies and major fundraising events (he was credited with personally helping raise over £150k for a leading UK charity at one event after one of his emotional speeches).
